Getting started
Yes. Posting an ad on KnaBecha is completely free. You only pay if you choose to boost an ad for more visibility.
Tap Post Ad, choose a category, fill in the details, add photos and submit. Most ads are reviewed and published within a few hours.
Ads are rejected when they break our rules — for example wrong category, missing information, stock photos or prohibited items. You will see the reason in My Ads; edit the ad and resubmit it.
Ads stay live for 60 days. You can renew an expired ad from My Ads in one click.
Boosts & payments
A Boost pins your ad above regular ads in search and category pages, adds a badge and — for Featured — shows it on the homepage. Boosted ads typically get many more views and replies.
Choose a package, send the amount via bKash or Nagad to the number shown, then submit your Transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number. You can also send us the details on WhatsApp.
Our team verifies your payment manually. Your boost is activated within 24 hours after verification and you will get a notification with the start and end dates.
If the Transaction ID doesn’t match our records, the request is rejected with a note explaining why. Contact support with your payment details and we’ll help.
Safety
Meet in public, inspect items before paying and never send advance payment. Read our Safety Guidelines for more tips.
A verified badge means our team has confirmed the seller’s identity or business details. It is a good trust signal, but always follow safety tips.
Account
Yes — you can sign in using either your email address or your mobile number with your password.
Go to Account → Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your ads and messages.
